Once you return your at-home try on suit, a member from Suitable will contact you via phone or e-mail to finalize your order. You can also place your order directly online.

How soon should I order my at-home try on?

We recommend at least 45 days before your event.

When does the at-home try on order need to be returned?

Once your at-home try on order has been delivered, you will have 3 days to try it on and decide on the fabric and color. There will be a pre-paid UPS return label in the box for your convenience.

Who can order an at-home try on?

For now, we only offer at-home try on suits for the groom. The groom will select their outfit based off the at-home try on. Groomsmen outfits can be coordinated with one of our styling experts!

How do I get measurements for my groomsmen?

Groomsmen will be able to use our "Online Measurement Tool" This tool allows us to select the accurate size for each member. All rentals will be delivered 7-10 days before the event, allowing us plenty of time for immediate replacements for sizing.

We also add a measuring tape in EVERY at-home try on order. Groomsmen can request measuring tapes as well.

How do I get a free rental if I am the groom?

With 5 or more paid rentals in your wedding party, the grooms order will be refunded to the original method of payment for the value of a full rental package, up to $259.99

The groom will still be required to pay the damage waiver fee and any applicable upgrade fees.
If the groom decides to purchase their suit or tuxedo, a credit of $259.99 will be applied to that purchase.

How do I place my order?

A member of our team will contact you once you return the at-home try on outfit. You can then place your order via email or phone. We will send you an order invoice that can be paid through our secure website.

You can also place your order online at your own convenience. You will select items from our rental collection. All packages with standard selections will total $259.99. Damage waiver fee and any upgrade fees will not be included in the standard rental collection price.

How do I return my rental order after my event?

All rental orders will be shipped to your for free and will have a pre-paid UPS label inside the box for returning your rental order.

When do I return my rental order?

All rentals for the groom's party must be returned no later than the following Monday after your event.

Example:
If the wedding is on Saturday, December 13th, all orders must be dropped off to your nearest UPS drop-off location no later than 5:00PM on Monday, December 15th.

This does not apply to mid-week events. If you have a mid-weed event, please contact us directly.

I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one! Cody was very personable and professional! He made shopping a breeze for me! I came in shopping for a casual fit for my father and to find a few pair of shoes, Cody right way offered to do measurements and found the perfect outfits for my father. He looked so handsome! He absolutely lovessssss it! Breathable material , super soft fabric, I mean truly GREAT QUALITY! After multiple washes it’s still looks brand new! And the loafers matched the clothing so perfectly! We ordered them in 3 colors! Suitable collection is now our New place to go! I will definitely be coming back, and referring everyone I know to this place!
