Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend ordering at least 4-6 weeks before the wedding to ensure plenty of time for shipping and any necessary adjustments.
We include detailed fitting instructions with every order. Suitable will provide 1 free replacement in the event of a fitting issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to request any replacements
We ship your rental 7-10 days before the event via UPS. After the wedding, simply use the prepaid return label to send everything back within 2 days.
All rentals include damage protection coverage. Normal wear and tear is expected and covered at no additional cost. Damage protection does not cover and loss, theft or intentional damage.
